Job Requirements:

Job duties include: Electro-mechanical assembly, RTV, conformal coat, soldering, component prep of through-hole parts using hand tools and pneumatic machines, performing software testing on products, etc.   Perform other assignments as required.

• Prior work experience as an electro-mechanical assembler.
• Knowledge of IPC-610 specifications.
• Perform all work to company quality and productivity requirements.
• Understand and adhere to ESD and ISO procedures.
• Check for work correctness and conformance to specifications.
• Work under moderate supervision. 
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Must be able to use computer to read mechanical drawings and written work instructions.
• Will occasionally/frequently/constantly: stand, walk, sit, use both hands, and carry/lift/push/pull to 25 lbs.
• This is a full-time position located at our Camarillo facility, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (October through May). Summer hours (June through September): Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:45pm.
• Overtime is required including starting early, staying late, and working Saturdays.
• We are ITAR Registered (International-Traffic-In-Arms-Regulations). Hired candidate must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.

Required Education:

• Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent.

Preferred:  

• Prior experience soldering SMT components, soldering and assembling through-hole components and other electro-mechanical components.

Pay Range:       $18.50 to $23.00 per hour.
