Materials Manager Questionnaire

* How many years of previous electronics Materials Manager work experience do you have?

* What brand(s) of supply chain/inventory management systems do you have work experience with?

* Are you able to frequently/constantly: stand, walk, use both hands, and carry/lift to 25 lbs; and occasionally carry/lift to 50 lbs?
